When ordering through the webshop you can only choose shipping to a EU country. Please contact us if you want an item shipped outside EU. Each order is identified by a unique order number containing the date of the order and the details of the ordered goods. All prices are indicated in Euros (EUR) including VAT.

All frames are made to order (read more). Production time varies from 2-6 weeks. If you want to know more about a specific production and delivery schedule, please contact us before purchasing. Please note that we do not have an inventory. Every frame is a unique handcrafted item and all sales are final.

We ship orders via GLS or DHL. The courier does not count Saturday and Sunday as delivery days. Delivery times are approximate and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for customs delays, taxes and duties. You will receive an order confirmation via email with tracking number once your order has been assembled (made to order). Shipping rates are generated during the check-out process. We are not responsible for any delays caused by weather conditions, local delivery errors or international custom clearance. 


We are not responsible for any customs fees incurred from importing goods. All international packages outside the EU may be subject to duties and taxes. Any additional charges for customs clearance are paid by the customer. We cannot cancel orders on the basis of unforeseen duties or levies. Please check your local customs website for more information.
